Environment Our nuclear plants are getting old and it becomes hard to trust containment systems that once confined the radioactive waste away from our ecosystem. Our factories have pumped massive amounts of pollution into our environment. Even our suburbs are full of pesticides as we attempt to control these supposed evil insects that are invading our homes. The food we consume can be full of hormones chemicals, pesticides, and even poisons from artificial preservatives. The question of how long we can rape our planet before we start to see signs of danger is no longer one for the future. By Dianne Irene

Copenhagen Climate Cacophony, Corruption and Nonsolutions The political tower of babel around climate change is awesomely distracting us from understanding the physical reality of what humans are doing (and not doing) to our planet and what we can do to solve these imbalances.  People are understandably confused about the swirling agendas, and this obfuscation invites political nonsolutions such as carbon cap-and-trade and even more nefarious control agendas to enrich the rich and deprive the rest of us our birthrights of peace, sustainability, justice and livelihood. - Dr. Brian O'Leary

Call for an Energy Solution Revolution: A Special Message for the Younger Generation The world is at an energy crossroads. The alarming new information coming out of the climate science community confirms the unprecedented danger faced by all of humanity and nature by mankind’s routine burning of hydrocarbons—oil, coal and natural gas. The resulting emissions of carbon dioxide and carcinogens into the Earth’s atmosphere spell almost certain doom not only for the environment, but for human systems of government and commerce as we know them. Human survivability itself is in question, especially against the backdrop of vast deforestation, marine habitat destruction, accelerating species extinctions, and the threat from weapons of mass destruction on Earth, and, perhaps soon, in space.© Brian O'Leary, Ph.D

Leadership & Human Development
Real Success in Leadership - What makes someone great and memorable? Is it becoming a title to an article in the future, being a household name, being the first to invent something, or even being able to keep a prestigious job for a period of time? Perhaps, what makes us great is our ability to “do” with character.By Dianne Irene

Human Perfomance Essentials- Leadership is reflected in the ability to think independently, recognize the personal growth objective from power to empowerment, and the ability to see the big picture. It does not mean that one has obtained power over individuals, but rather that one accepts responsibility to transform other’s efforts into a common goal. Also, leaders pursue a balance of communication, acknowledgement, and resolution strategies. In order to best utilize leadership qualities, it is best to continually seek out a balance and deeper understanding of motivations, perspectives, self-protection weaknesses, and unbalanced emotional expressions.By Dianne Irene

Conflict Management A new sensibility about conflict reflects the ability to channel energy into a positive outcome where resolution is the goal rather than ascertaining a victory of political, personal, or egocentric origin. The power is in how one reacts to situations in life and not always, what is happening. It is rather a comfort to see the higher functioning of individuals in social groups. By Dianne Irene

Opportunity in a Time of Trouble There is great opportunity in front of us at the present. The world is changing from what we know to be the current reality. We are now more aware of how we treat our planet, animal life, and even our fellow human beings. Some of us feel that pull to become more aware and more sensitive to what is going on around the planet. Some look around and see the monetary system failing and think that it is the basis of society. How can we function without a monetary system? If we look into the deep recesses of ourselves, we will see that this system is a superficial one that we have grown accustomed to as members of society. However, we know that it is a temporary value and that human beings far outnumber the value in a monetary system. Dianne Irene

Using Power Ethically The use of power in a leadership role is a multi-faceted process. Understanding the types of power available and the tactics that support them can create a more efficient leadership role. Ethical leadership can be reflected in the use of power and the motivations that are utilized by that power. Locus of control, Machiavellian Personality, and Narcissism assists in defining leadership performance. Myers-Briggs Type Leaders (MBTI) can reveal responses to leadership and predict certain outcomes and successes. The use of power, influence, and tactics are aspects of leadership that can empower workers and leaders to create an interaction that leads to resolving some common worker issues. Understanding these factors can create a strategy for success. Understanding where these factors can be inappropriate can also ensure that a strategy can be found to re-center the leadership perspective. By Dianne Irene

Emotional Intelligence, Leadership, and Corruption The very basis of corruption in leadership is spear headed by the lack of emotional intelligence or what some call spiritual maturity.  In early stages of development, humans discover that certain reactions to situations can elicit certain results. In infancy, humans learn that crying can get attention or food.  In adolescence humans discover that they can further use responses to elicit specific reactions with greater accuracy and a refining of what was learned becomes a process of uncertainty and deeper emotional responses. By adulthood, the cycle of behaviors and responses should be balanced and encompass a self-aware individual capable of empathy, understanding, and a sense of appropriateness. by Dianne Irene

Peace for Mankind Mankind has experienced many things through out history.  Many of us have desired for humanity to evolve spiritually and to find that humans have become loyal to other humans. Some have been given great opportunity and many blessings, but as a race we have not yet learned to stand as one race. Some souls are young in experience and others are what many see as old souls. We should be giving our children greater knowledge and training than what we have in the current generation. This should follow each generation with greater and greater knowledge. Our current education system has not been able to fully develop into this because we have allowed politics to infiltrate the sanctity of education. Dianne Irene

Unconditional Love: One's Greatest Achievement Many people throughout history have desired to achieve great things. Some have desired to conquer lands and people. Some have desired to achieve a title or status in society. While others have desired fame or a glory associated with some task. These things have filled many of the days for some lifetimes. For some at the end of their story, they may have declared their satisfaction with experiencing what few have had. However, a human’s ultimate arrival in life is something that is not associated with these achievements. . Dianne Irene

Transparency: The Next Step in Human Spiritual Evolution Secrecy has kept humanity from progressing in several ways. While we currently live in an environment where secrecy has been heralded as a way to protect and control information, people, and cultures, it has also kept humanity from progression. This concept is in fact so progressive that some are threatened by the very concept. It means that monetary wealth, technological advancements, and trade secrets would be threatened according to current standards. Humanity must eventually realize that it is our environmental factors that are flawed and must someday change if we are ever to progress in our spiritual evolution. Dianne Irene article

Overpopulation Debate Some groups feel that there are too many of us. Some feel that it is the incorrect use of resources that is the problem. Some feel that if it is an issue then why are we not addressing it openly? Some feel it is utter nonsense. No matter what your stance is on this issue, it is important to think about the consequences of all sides of thinking. Dianne Irene

Project Development There are several factors that I consider in making a schedule. First, all deadlines must be recognized. Secondly, I consider what projects or stages of the projects could affect the performance or deadline of the other areas of the project. If one stage cannot be completed without the other then that must be considered and prioritized. The other factor is time management. There are certain factors that must be achieved in each project and others that will be compromised. I do not mean quality, but rather that there must be a system of cut off to achieve things in a certain manner. By Dianne Irene

Hierarchy Concepts in Marketing Abstract- Maslow's theory of needs construct a viable marketing concept that implies that consumer targets can reflect a basis of perspectives and the decisions that come with those perspectives. Leaders that have their basic needs met can focus on the higher actualization needs and this can reflect in their decisions. Global Green seeks to reach the target market of leaders and decision makers in a company where their buying power and decision making process can reflect a platform that will become a part of the more general population. by Dianne Irene

Heart Aware- By Roger Drummer

It’s appropriate to expand our awareness about what constitutes heart health.  Medically you’re bombarded with information about statin drugs as if they hold the answer to all of your heart issues.  Nutritionally, you can be confused about all the miracles being offered being offered by alternative sources, many of which are truly wonderful.  But on a day like today it’s a good time to relax and see things in a slightly different focus.

MMS: The Amazing Healing Power of Stabalized Oxygen Jim Humble may be a name you have not yet heard, but it is very possible that generations from now that his name will be very well known like Louis Pasteur or Linus Pauling. Jim Humble began as an aerospace technician and became a non-degreed research engineer in aerospace. He worked on such projects as setting up A-bomb tests, gold mining, intercontinental ballistic missiles, power generation from plasma, wired the first US aircraft machine at Hughes Aircraft Company, and did repair work on a lunar vehicle (GM Defense Research Laboratories in Santa Barbra). He wrote 5 books on recovering gold and discussed that mercury was unnecessary for gold recovery. He became quite skilled on recovering gold with only water. He discovered that this concept was not easily adopted even though his methods are more environmentally friendly and more cost effective. by Dianne Irene

Nutrition Think about what you put into your body. Is it alive? Is it natural? You would never imagine putting a computer into your mouth and trying to eat it. So think about all of the synthetic foods you ingest. Think about all the pesticides, hormones, preservatives, and pesticides you consume. by Dianne Irene

Sir Isaac Newton Inventors have paved the way for new technologies, better efficiency, and more convenient human performance. The road of many inventors has been challenging, often dangerous, and even rewarding. One such man, Isaac Newton, contributed a new philosophy of science. by Dianne Irene

Nicola Tesla Nicola Tesla was a brilliant physicist, mechanical, electrical engineer, and inventor. He was born under the Austro Hungarian Empire and later became a United States citizen. He has been considered, “The Father of Physics” and even credited with, “the man who invented the twentieth century.” While the mastery of science came quite naturally to Tesla, he struggled with completing school, handling stress, and having relationships with his family. He seemed to live barely inside of everyday reality and experienced visions that were apparently tied to his ideas. He would envision an idea in great detail before he would begin its actual creation. He was so intense that he even suffered a nervous breakdown early in his career. Telsa was also unconcerned with finances and dedicated himself instead to his work. He made claims about possible advances that no one had conceived of exploring. While he can be credited for contributions that range from electromagnetism, robotics, x-rays, radar technology, ballistics, and even with inventing radio, he was also seen as a mad scientist.By Dianne Irene

Aristotle It is, “ not merely unnecessary for a king to be a philosopher, but even a disadvantage. Rather a king should take the advice of true philosophers. Then he would fill his reign with good deeds, not with good words.” These are the words of the great Aristotle who was born in 384BC to a physician who attended King Amyntas and the royal Macedonian family.by Dianne Irene

Breaking the Gravity CodeVortex Gravity Control This paper and presentation will deal with gravity as a mass energy entity and the controlling mechanism of vortex fields coupled with frequency modulation in various forms to extract energy and control the energy field that's produced. This concept has its origins in Einstein's Theory of relativity. This paper and presentation will show the relationship between gravity and mass. There are characteristics that show that sub atomic mass and electromagnetism work together to create the effect that we call gravity. I will show how there should be a mass function of gravity and how the mass can be perturbed creating the effects we know as inertia, centrifugal and centripetal force and how the control of gravity will nullify or maintain the effects. This paper will also show the relationship between gravity mass and black holes, dark matter as well as Zero Point Energy. by Paul Richard Price

Making Progress Towards a ‘Greener’ IT Department Going green can offer companies a wide range of benefits. Some choose to go green to reduce their impact on the environment; others want to reduce operating costs through energy efficiency.   Did you know that the information and communications technology sector is responsible for 2 percent of emissions, equal to the aviation industry?  by Carl Gill

Mixing Human DNA with Animals There has been talk of mixing DNA of different species. We see examples of this in ancient art and history contains stories about them. Recently, according to National Geographic News, Chinese scientists in 2003 were successful at combining human cells in rabbit eggs and terminated them after a short period of development. Last year a Mayo clinic in the United States successfully had human blood flowing through the veins of pigs. A university in California has indicated they would like to combine human brain and mice.by Dianne Irene

Man Regrows Finger/ Extra Cellular Matrix Dr. Stephen Badylak took action when his brother cut off the tip of his finger including the finger nail by giving him "pixie dust". This dust is made from the bladder of a pig where regeration cells live. The University of Pittsburgh has refined this process. It begins by by first scraping away the tough muscle layers of the bladder and then scraping the bladder cells to get the thin layer of bladder tissue. This process by hand can take a half an hour. The pig's bladder has these regeneration cells on the inside of the bladder tissue. To get these cells out of the tissue they are put in a matrix of a very mild acid and saline, shaken for a two hours and then after several changes of solution, they will have shaken thes cells from the bladder tissue. The result is a "bleached" looking tissue sample. Then, the bladder tissues are dried out into a paper where it can be made into a dust. by Dianne Irene

Japanese Dolphin Holocaust Dolphins are complex creatures. They discipline their young and stand together against a shark. They have been known to rescue swimmers, sense humans that are injured, and speak a highly complicated language that we still are trying to decipher. Many of us know little about a dolphin in the wild, because we go to an amusement park and see a captive dolphin that gets fed when it performs a trick. This conditioned dolphin has little area to call home and while they may be safe from the slaughters of the seas will unfortunately outlive many wild dolphins. By Dianne Irene
